If you provide less timeconsuming services on a more ad hoc basis, you would like to have a system for receiving tickets and managing the progress of the tasks. We provide you with such a system if you need it. You can access the shared system by clicking on "Continue", but to have a system, that's entirely your own, you'll have to contact us to have it setup.
